Central Board of Trust:
A)
Every member of the central board of Gujarati Vikas
Manch will be a life member and the board will be called
central board of trust. The members of the Central board
will be called Trustees. Central board meeting will have to
be held once in a year. If the need arise, and founder
president Jasmin Shah wishes so, on the request of the
majority of Trustees, a special meeting can be held.
Central Board of Gujarati Vikas Manch will have
25 members (Trustees). To held any meeting, out of 25 seven
Trustees will have to be present to make (Quorum). Only such
meeting will be considered as a legal meeting.
B)
If any
permanent trustee resigns and he nominates any person as his
heir, the board of trustees under the guidance of founder
president Jasmin Shah will take a final decision in this
regards. But if any permanent trustee dies his heir will
automatically become the trustee of the Gujarati Vikas
Manch.
C)
Only
Central board will have right to accept any kind of
donation. Branch (Shakha) president or any office bearer of
the branch will have no power to accept any donations.
D)
There won’t
be any election for Gujarati Vikas Manch. If any trustee
resigns, trust founder President Jasmin Shah or majority of
the trustees will appoint any other person as a trustee.
E)
A person
who donates rupees two lacks to Gujarati Vikas Manch will
become trustee. (If Trust founder president Jasmin Shah
accepts his nomination.) In other words, any trustee will
have to pay Rs. Two Lacks to become Trustee of Gujarati
Vikas Manch. If the trustee done not pay the consecutively
for two years, he will lose his trusteeship.
F)
Donation
given by the trustees and donations gathered by other means,
the total amount of donations will be spend according to
founder president Jasmin Shah’s wishes or majority of the
trustees will decide about spending of the accumulated
donations.

Duties and responsibilities of Trustees:
A) Trustees will manage the movable and immovable
properties of trust they will work according to aims and
objectives of the trust all movable and immovable property
will be in the trust name. Any change in this regard will
have to be done according to founder president Jasmin Shah’s
wish and order.
B)
Trustees of the Gujarati Vikas Manch will monitor
activities of various branches, guide executives of
branches, approve expenditure of branches, if needed reverse
the decisions of the branch executives etc. But the final
decision will have to be approved by founder President
Jasmin Shah.
C)
Gujarati Vikas Manch central board will have the
responsibility to raise donations to fulfill aims and
objectives of the Manch. They will use the donations for the
betterment of the trust and members of the manch.
D) In absence of founder president Jasmin Shah Vice –
President of the Trust will have powers to take decisions
but if both of them are absent general secretary of the
trust will have the powers yet, before arranging trust
meeting he will have to take permission of founder president
Jasmin Shah by Fax or E-mail.
E) Trustees of Gujarati Vikas Manch Central board
will have powers to suspend any branch executive or ordinary
member.
Trustees will have power to suspend entire
branch body and till the new executive committee is formed,
Trustees will have power to manage that particular branch.
f)
Trust
President Jasmin Shah will be life (founder) president of
the trust. Other office bearers of the trust will be
selected from the 25 Trustees. They will be selected in
rotation. The selection will be made by the way of lottery
system.
g)
After the
death of life president Jasmin Shah the new president will
be selected by majority decision of the trustees. Never the
less, majority decision of the trustees will not be able to
remove life president Jasmin Shah, when he is alive.
h)
Gujarati
Vikas Manch founder president Jasmin Shah or any trustee of
Central Board will have power to attend any Shakha (Branch)
meeting without any invitation.
i)
Every
Shakha (Branch) will have to audit its expenditure report
and send it to Central Board of the trust for approval. If
board finds any irregularity in audited report then board
will have powers to re-audit the report. Such re-audited
report will need approval of Central Board.
j)
Gujarati
Vikas Manch Central Board members (trustees) will have
power to summon any president or office bearer of the Shakha
(Branch) to main office and Shakha president or executive
member will have to appear before the Central Board and
answer their quarries, satisfactorily.
k)
Gujarati
Vikas Manch Central Board (Trustees) will have powers to
suspend any branch president or executive member of the
branch without giving any reason.
l)
Office
beavers of Central trust board will have to prepare yearly
income and expenditure report, get it audited and will have
to present to Central Trustees general meeting for approval.
m)
If the
trustees of the Central Board (trust) have any complain
about another trustee of the Gujarati Vikas Manch and he
wants to take any legal action, he will have to take prior
permission of the president or Central board. If any such
complain received by Gujarati Vikas Manch Central board the
meeting of the board will have to be arrange within 14 days
from the receiving of the complain.
n)
If any
trustee resigns or he dies and the vacancy is created, the
nomination of the trustee will not be accepted immediately
but will be accepted only in the yearly meeting of the
trustees.
o)
The nominee
of the suspended trustee will not be accepted.
p)
Office
beavers of Gujarati Vikas Manch will include Life President
Jasmin Shah One Vice President and One General Secretary.
This two post (Vice President & general Secretary) will be
selected by lottery system and in rotation. Secretary,
Deputy-Secretary and treasurer will be appointed by founder
president Jasmin Shah. They won’t be trustees. One P.R.O.
also will be appointed by the president. Founder president
has power to re-place them if needed.
q)
Founder
President Jasmin Shah will have all the powers to increase
or decrease the number of office bearers.
r)
President
Jasmin Shah will have power to freeze any account of trust
and it’s branches.
